Hongqiao Transport Hub, a major multi‑modal transport complex housing Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station, lies approximately 2 km from the venue. It is served by Metro Lines 2, 10 and 17, the Maglev train (linking Pudong International Airport), multiple bus routes, taxis and ride‑hailing services, delivering exceptional connectivity.

The venue's main building features an iconic four‑leaf‑clover design, with four entrance registration halls in total:

West Entrance HallLocated on the 8‑m level. Adjacent to East Xujing Station (Metro Line 2), with direct access via Exits 4, 5 and 6. Main access to WH Halls and the Central Commercial Area.
South Entrance HallLocated on the 8‑m level. Accessible to underground parking via Venue Gate 18. Main access to SH Halls, Hall 1.1H and Hall 2.1H.
East Entrance HallLocated on the 8‑m level. Adjacent to Laigang Road and closest to Hall 8. Reachable by pedestrian overpass from P5/P6/P7/P8 parking lots. Main access to EH Halls, Hall 1.1H and Hall 8.1H.
North Entrance HallLocated on the 0‑m level. Adjacent to Zhuguang Road Station (Metro Line 17). Parking available at North Plaza Car Park. Main access to NH Halls, Hall 3H and Hall 4.1H.

By Metro

Take Metro Line 2 or Line 17. Exit via Gates 4 / 5 of the National Exhibition and Convention Center. A 3‑minute walk brings you to the West Entrance Hall. On‑site signage will guide your way.

Pudong International Airport → National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)‑NECC

Metro: Take Metro Line 2 (towards East Xujing). Alight at East Xujing Station, journey time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes. Exit via Gates 4‑6 and walk to the West Entrance Hall.
Taxi: Approximately 60 km, 70‑90 minutes ride. Fare around CNY 250. Recommended for heavy luggage or tight schedules.

Hongqiao International Airport → National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)‑NECC

Metro: Terminal 2: Directly take Metro Line 2 (towards East Xujing). One‑stop ride (approx. 5 minutes) to East Xujing Station. Terminal 1: Take Metro Line 10 to Hongqiao Railway Station, then transfer to Metro Line 2.
Taxi: Approximately 6 km, around 10‑minute ride. Fare around CNY 20.

Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station → National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)‑NECC

Metro: Take Metro Line 2 (towards East Xujing). One‑stop ride (approx. 5 minutes) to East Xujing Station, short walk to the West Entrance Hall.
Taxi: Approximately 6 km, around 10‑minute ride. Fare around CNY 20.

Shanghai Railway Station → National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)‑NECC

Metro: Option ①: Take Metro Line 1 (towards Xinzhuang) to People’s Square Station, transfer to Metro Line 2. Option ②: Take Metro Line 3 / Line 4 to Zhongshan Park Station, transfer to Metro Line 2. Journey time: approx. 50‑60 minutes.
Taxi: Approximately 25 km, around 35‑minute ride. Fare around CNY 80.

Shanghai South Railway Station → National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)‑NECC

Metro: Option ①: Take Metro Line 3 (towards Jiangyangbei Road) to Zhongshan Park Station, transfer to Metro Line 2. Option ②: Take Metro Line 1 to People’s Square Station, transfer to Metro Line 2. Journey time: approx. 50‑60 minutes.
